		<description><![CDATA[If the words &#8220;tere&#8221;, &#8220;tum&#8221;, &#8220;tu&#8221; etc. could be simply replaced by &#8220;aap&#8221;, &#8220;aapke&#8221;, &#8220;hum&#8221; and such..use language that reflects your culture, not your ignorance. Address your fellow civilians as “aap”. By doing this you are not only showing respect to the other person, but are also encouraging yourself to treat him/her with more respect.]]></description>
